Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing in to E-MB Helper you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in or install the extension.

2. Account and credits

Your account is tied to the Google identity you sign in with. Credits are consumed per row of automation in the extension. Credits do not expire in v1.0. You may have at most one active batch in flight at any time.

3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are processed via Razorpay's chargeback window at operator discretion; we do not offer subscription cancellations because v1.0 sells prepaid credit packs. Once credits are added to your balance after a successful payment, the transaction is final unless reversed by Razorpay.

4. Acceptable use

Use the helper only for legitimate measurement-entry workflows on the supported government portals. You may not abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass server-side enforcement of credits, share your account, or use the helper to enter data you are not authorized to file.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the /account page. Deletion soft-deletes your account immediately and permanently anonymizes personal identifiers after a 30-day grace period. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY].
